General Introduction:
As part of PLATO stratagem that to make best effort to be the cost-effective leader for the drilling industry, we have a complete line of fast penetration and rock pulverization threaded bits for the worldwide drilling industry, which are suitable for any type of drilling application including, rock drilling, water well, quarries, open pit and underground mining, construction, and blasting and so on.
All PLATO bits are computer aided designed and engineered, CNC manufactured and multiple heat-treated, to extend the product life for maximum wear and performance in the toughest of drilling conditions. Moreover, they are produced from premium steels and fitted with tips made from high quality tungsten carbide for superior penetration while maintaining high cleaning action at the face of the bit, to ensure maximum service life and impact strength. In addition, we have available full range of skirt shapes, front designs and cutting structures configuration for various rock formation as well as different penetration need.
Continuous field testing of our products have been arranged to our own or contracted drilling companies, to meet our stringent quality supervision requirements. In addition, PLATO bits are packed in cases with protective cushion, thus abating cracks during transportation.
The combination of good design, excellent manufacturing techniques, exact heat treatments, high quality steels and special grade carbides, PLATO yield optimum drill bits capable of performing well in all kind of drilling conditions from soft to the toughest.
